Day 4- Exercise, the adrenaline you need to keep you going. Boosting up your adrenaline level and eating a healthy diet, is not enough, you will have to combine it all with a solid exercise program. There are many ways to exercise; from running to swimming, playing tennis or simply registering to the gym or again (another simple option) doing it from home with some workout videos. The selection is huge, so this part of dieting is not limited. Technically what we want to say, is that every physical activity relating to a sport is good, as long as it doesn’t require you to get exhausted, too often. The thing is, like food (discussed earlier), you have to enjoy it; meaning that your body shouldn’t hurt too much, or too much stress shouldn’t be put on your heart.
